"Great customer service" Great dealership to do business with. Staff was very professional and attentive. Specifically Tony Parrado was very honest and direct on working with me on a purchase of a new vehicle. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from this tony and the team at Ferman.
"Light problem" The service department told me the reason of my light problem due to a wire shortage due to water going into the lamb. They were very helpful.
"Repeat Buyer" Bought 2 vehicles from Ferman. Both times left extremely pleased with the deal. Sales person (Rick) made the experience as pleasing as possible and was fully knowledgeable on both vehicles. I will return for my 3rd vehicle in the future. Everyone is always friendly. :)
"Excellent dealership experience" When we purchased our 2015 Yukon the process went very smooth and took no time at all. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and went above and beyond from helping us get to know the vehicle to setting up onstar for us. Ask for Tony and you will be very pleased as well. "Ron Caltagirone" Was very impressed with professionalism, personable , and accommodating knowledgeable of Ron. We had no intention of "getting" a car that day, but because of Ron's willingness to help us in any way he could we wound up driving home a new 2016 Encore that evening. Would HIGHLY recommend Ron and Steven Stewart to anyone.
"Awesome " My battery was dead. I was given a appointment same day. Service was great. I got a new battery under warranty. The service guy Mr. Angel Lugo who is a ex marine was Awesome. So nice and kind. He even gave my son advice on the military. That meant the world to me and my son. He asked my son to come back and visit after basic training. "Very courteous and professional service " I called to schedule an appointment for both a recall repair and routine service. I was very courteously greeted by service adviser Tom Meinhold who promptly got the vehicle in the shop for both procedures which were completed promptly. I was very pleased that the work was done thoroughly and my waiting time surprisingly short. This was my first visit to Ferman in Tarpon Springs and I will be scheduling all future service with them.
"Excellent experience with Rick Blankenship! " I never had a better experience buying/leasing a car. Rick Blankenship was very professional and helpful. He exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy and satisfied with our new Buick Encore. Rick was fast, answered all questions and got us exactly what we wanted. He knows his stuff!
