"First Routine Service" I had scheduled by service appointment with Derek Engle. He greeted me on the day of the service appointment. Derek gave me an estimate as to how long the appointment would take while I waited for the service to be completed. He was very accurate with his completion time.
"Great vehicle at a great price ... what more could you ask." The GMC Terrain is a great vehicle, I was offered a great price and the professional sales staff stepped me though everything. Really friendly staff and service personnel too.

"Stopped to look left with a new truck" We stopped to look at a the GMC Sierra, Ron Caltagirone greeted us and never once pressured us. He simply explained the features and benefits and offered us a test drive. After we drove the truck we loved it and he offered to quote us. He provided us with updates and the process was very fast but never pressured.
