"experience" I came to ferman Buick dealership at Lutz never to expect anything different from a normal dealership but I was wrong. I was introduce my Daniel Koop. ""The Best" " Purchased a couple of new cars from Rick Blankenship had the best customer service experience both times. This last time I told him I wanted to stay with the GMC Acadia discussed the must haves and he delivered. I drove away in a beautiful brand new 2015 GMC Acadia. "Amazing sales experience..." As a disabled veteran I don't have the patience to deal with any nonsense and games as my injuries don't allow for me to sit around for hours going back and forth on the average number games you normally deal with when purchasing a vehicle.
