"Great experience! " All of the staff was great, but Brandon Stanton was our sales person. He was so very helpful, looking at the many different models and was able to answer my questions. With Brandon's help we were able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted at the price we could handle. "Best car buying experience ever" I went to Ferman Buick this week intent on buying a new to me car. Matt Cerro and Sammy helped with the entire process. The car I wanted needed to be detailed and they put me in a loaner for the day. All the documents were ready to be signed when we arrived and we were out the door in 15 minutes. I can't remember a smoother car purchase. I have a son who will be ready for a car in a couple years and will definitely return. Customer service at its finest!
"New Enclave For HIm" Ver good buying process, Provided a test drive , searched and found vehicle with all of the equipment requested.
