I accompanied a good friend of mine who was looking at upgrading his vehicle and I admit I was curious myself about the differences in my Nissan compared to the similar BMW. The BMW Genius went over a few models with us and was able to answer every question we had about the different features, functions, and options. He even answered questions about bluetooth and smartphones. Kenny Russell is truly an asset to the company.
