I will never, ever, ever bring my car in here for service ever again. Service advisor said he couldn’t pull my rotor measurement from last time when they refused to replace my rotors because of a MILLIMETER. I’m now here again, because my car that I paid a lot of money for is shaking when I brake...I wonder WHY? Worst service ever. We drove 3 hours out of our way. No one contacts you other than by text. Spent $6000.00. Car is still not right Would not recommend this dealership.
Have been with Ferman for over 10 years and we recently went with another dealership. Did not want to but they were giving good deals. We turned in are lease and thought we had taken care of everything. We get a bill for $600 for tires. Sold cars before and bought a few. This is a first for me. My wife was planning to go back to Ferman BMW after her lease was up, but after this new charge they lost a loyal customer.
I turned a car in October 2017, at the end of my lease and met all the obligations of the agreement. Ferman did not close it out properly and BMW sent us to collections and it has adversely affected my credit. I demand that Ferman resolve this immediately with the credit bureaus! Otherwise I will be seeking other alternatives to reinstate my credit! You can contact me at 805-798-4262.
Let’s begin with I made an appointment in advance for a overheating problem with my 2013 X5 it has 63K miles on it after tons of research I knew it was a blown water pump. I arrived at 0745 for a 8 am appt. I was aware that it would take at least a hour to cool down to work on it. Based on research it is a 3.5 hr job complete it took to 2pm ! It took 5 hours! This is Unacceptable. Plus I was a waiter no courtesy cars available! I would not recommend this dealership for Service!
I don’t mind paying a little bit more to go to BMW but they charged me $1400 in labor for 4 hours of work. I had no other choice because my car was not drivable. Why invest in a car and company that blatantly rips you off? Not the kind of service and experience I hoped for from BMW when I purchased my car. I will be finding a different mechanic from now on and will not be purchasing a BMW for my next car.
Terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in the door and stood there waiting for the receptionist to get off the phone with her doctor's office, answering two other phone calls, redirecting them and returning to her personal phone call, never once acknowledging me, I have had a poor experience with Ferman. I paid $90,000 for a car and had a warranty issue. I have a complain for one of the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with, which is Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor, Florida. I started by contacting them about a 2008 5 series, which was listed for sale. after going to the dealership, i sat with a selesman, looked on his screen and told me looks like it is still available, he went for a couple of minutes and came back telling me that it is sold and that all ads should be removed ... I love bmws, I got a 2008 e90 and absolutely love it. However this dealership is literally the worst I have ever been to, first with my mothers 528iL we brought it in for something simple and then they start saying that we need to replace multiple parts, costing us 7k and then for it to just be a bad battery ( that they sold us) now with my e90 I brought it in because my oil gasket was old and leaking a bit so it needed to be replaced, when I get my car back it's no longer starting and one of my halo lights is completely out... read more
