Just bought a BMW 328i over the weekend from Ferman BMW, and I had a wonderful experience. Robert Chodorowski helped me to find a car that was perfect for me, and he made the buying process easy. I would definitively recommend to go see him if you are looking for a BMW.
I own a BMW x3 and had been struggling with connecting my phone to the media system. The adapter I had did not connect to my phone if I had a case on it. I was told Kenny the Genius might be able to help me. Kenny Russell was not only helpful, he was super polite. He gave me a piece of hardware that solved my problem once and for all! He was awesome, super friendly and very knowledgeable.
I drive a 2015 BMW X1 and love it! My iPhone wasn't syncing with the Bluetooth in answering or making phone calls. I stopped by Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor and was referred to BMW Genius Kenny Russell.
