My wife and I have been great customers of this dealership and many other Ferman car or motorcycle dealerships for over two decades now. In April this year we went to Ferman BMW to buy my wife a new BMW X3. She found a very nice used 2019 X3 with only 2,109 miles on it and decided to buy this one because of various options the car had to include a now discontinued color. The Ferman chain of dealerships are crooks. If I could leave no stars I would, this is the 2nd time I have had a super negative experience with a Ferman dealership. The service department is a joke. They are crooks. If you value your money don't buy their by warranty, they won't do the work to prove it is a warranty problem, and charge you 50% more than what a fair standard rate it to do the work. Take you vehicle somewhere that values you as a customer.
I’m very disappointed with the service department. After having my turbo charger replaced at less than 61,000 miles on my 2016 328i GT, I kept having issues with the car hesitating when stopping. A couple of days afterwards, I went back to the service department to have them check the car again. After inspecting the vehicle, service department manager assured me that all repairs were done correctly and they didn’t find any issues. Worst service department I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to Reeves or any other BMW dealership for your service...
Buyers Beware! Took advantage of my 92 year old Father-in-Law with dementia. Days after signing lease was hospitalized for 30 from there to rehab for another 45 days, where my wife and took him home to NJ.(instead of nursing home). Called dealer asked if we could return the car because he will not be able to use it, and it only has 700 miles on it. Told no beyond 30 return policy, explained situations, told no passed time allotted. Money hungry, salespeople didn't even return call., not to say that they overcharged him.
My daytime running lights have been out for about a month. Since I purchased the vehicle from a different dealership..Went to get the light checked all of a sudden my turn signals stopped working and I received a $4000 quote for an entire new headlight assembly. I was told it was just a coincidence that the turn signals went out at the service department getting my car diagnosed.. this man was not born yesterday ! will shop for service at a different BMW dealership. did not have a good experience my vehicle was recalled for a airbag inspection and turns out there was nothing wrong with my airbag however they rolled my window down passenger side for some reason the window would not come up did not bother to take care of it control system on my driver seat ripped off the seat and when I claim to the service writer mister Douglas Wilder he responded saying he had taken pictures of the car before he took it in which four I didn't ever see mister Wilder when I dropped off my car because he w... read more
