The experience I had at Ferman BMW is probably the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I worked with Jamie Byrd and Toby Pacuch and both were extremely professional and worked hard to ensure I got the deal (and the car) I wanted. Jamie worked long and hard to get the deal and Toby followed up with his excellent knowledge of the car and its functions. He walked me through all the components of my vehicle and ensured I understood all the bells and whistles.
