Purchased a car from them a week ago. Was treated unfairly and posted my honest review. Received a call from someone named Bryan threatening me to either pull the review down or they won’t provide me with any service that I just actually purchased. Save your time and money and don’t even deal with them as you will get burned.
Buying used? BEWARE! My experience with Ferman BMW started off well, but it quickly transformed into a nightmare. On Tuesday morning, March 28, 2023, I messaged this dealership through their website regarding a used 2020 Jaguar F-PACE I wanted to test drive. The worst experience I have ever experienced! I have owned BMW most of my life and have lived all over the US This PLACE IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST in sales and service I moved to this area four years ago and was told by my neighbors to stay far away from this dealership but I did not listen and it has cost me lots of money. Worst service department I’ve ever been to, very unprofessional/hateful/rude, stuck up service advisors,beware…don’t go here expecting any customer service because they will ignore you. I will take my money elsewhere.
Yesterday 8/29 my boyfriend and I traveled hours to this dealership for an appointment made to see a car. Per the email he was sent, they told him that he would be the first person to see the vehicle, which was not what occurred. When we arrived the staff seemed to have absolutely no idea that he had an appointment and we waited around for a sales person. When someone came to assist us we were told that the car had been sold. POOR SERVICE- on Saturday my battery died while out running errands. After getting a jump, I called Ferman BMW for an appointment and drove straight there. After being seated in the waiting area, I was told that they had run out of batteries and expected to receive more on Tuesday. My husband was leaving town Monday, so I needed an earlier appointment because I needed a jump to get there. I found someone who could get me in on Monday and had the battery replaced. I switched from Reeves BMW to Ferman BMW because my friends and colleagues recommended quality of service they had received! I have had my 2020 BMW m340i in the shop more than 6-7 times due to manufacturing issues and random noises and creeks the car makes. Today i got my vehicle back with my front carbon lip scratched and destroyed! I will update this writing after they fix the issues and damages to my vehicle!
