Fast to sell you a car, not so fast at good customer service in the service department. After making an appointment and asking for a call from the service advisor which I did not receive, drove 1 hour to dealership and to arrive there and then having them have no idea why I was there, then told I was going to need too wait an hour and 30 min for a simple oil change, to asking if I needed a laoner, then not having one, to the bad and unempathetic attitude of the service advisor. The service department is not qualified to be working on their own cars. My experience has been horrible. When they tell you something is broken and you need to replace it. Make sure it's actually broken. They tried to get me to pay 1700 dollars for a week for a new DME board. When I got them to admit that it was their fault it went bad. Within 3 minutes the head mechanic said they were able to fix the 1700 dollar problem. How convenient right? Ferman sold my wife a tire protection plan for her mini cooper at a cost over over $1100.00 and have now replaced her tires with non runflat tires and are stating that she never had runflats on her car. Why would we spend $1100.00 on a tire protection plan for a $70.00 tire. Last week my pregnant wife brought in her car, with another flat tire, and sat there 3 hours while they replaced it only to go to work and come out to the same tire being flat again. Talk about waiting for a custom m3 since November of 2015. Still dont even have a production number on the order status. All the salesman that works there, tells lies in your face and excuses. And now having trouble getting a deposit back. If your going to do business with customers, you have to be honest about it!!!!
