Customer Service was excellent . Jeep had operational issues. Service Tech, Bill fitted me in immediately knowing my job depends on the use of my car. Was able to get me a loaner car very quickly and I was on my way back to work, visiting clients. Bill went above and beyond to help me. Ever since I moved to Florida 3.5 years ago I have used Wesley Chapel dealership. They are one of the best dealerships I have worked with in the Tampa / St Petersburg area.

Always done in a timely manner, great bunch of guys and gal Always a pleasure, drop off or wait either easy it's done pretty quickly. First time I went there for oil change had oil all over my door and inside the car.. that NEVER happened again. They have been very professional since.
