Great service Purchased a new ram 1500 in 2016 from Ferman. The whole buying experience was great. We love the customer service here. Even 2 years later, we get the same great service and attitude as we did from day 1. Facilities at ferman are top notch and thats the way they treat you. A+

I recalled part was replaced in my 2015 jeep A recalled part was replaced in my 2015 jeep along with the routine oil change. Both seem to be done accurately. Most importantly I was greeted and treated very well from the time I walked in until the time I left. The gentleman handling my service appointment could not have been more courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him and believe that he is an asset to Ferman
