It was a very pleasant experience while we where here. We had a huge safety issue with the Ram 1500 that we were leasing and while it was very frustrating to have to deal with this, the staff was great at finding a solution to it. Bill was great! When I brought in the truck for the second time he was very helpful in directing me to the right people to help me. Working with the customer I appreciate Brian Guest working with me and understanding that I am retired military and can not afford an expensive repair bill. They worked with me to get me back in my vehicle. He and the technician helped me out and I appreciate it very much. I will say that being a engineering technician I was disappointed in the engineering of my vehicle.
