Outstanding I drive from Seminole FL to Lutz to have my 2015 SRT Challenger serviced and in all manner looked after at Ferman. Personalized service I travel 16 miles to have my vehicle serviced at Ferman. Brian kept me abreast of the service progress and invited me to text him any questions I may have as the work progressed. I appreciate the coffee bar, the clean restrooms, and the well kept waiting area.

Bill was amazing and very helpful I have been having a lot of issues with my Dodge Ram and even though Bill Clement (in the service department) and the team there were not able to duplicate the issue to fix it they were very helpful! Bill has been able to help with any questions I had and has continued to help even though the truck is no longer there. Thank you Bill for all of your help! Hope our truck gets fixed soon.

A truly above and beyond service experience. My service writer Kevin was excellent as always. His dedication to making sure my service experience is as easy as possible, his handling of any questions I have and his attention to detail and quick response make sure I will always bring my Jeep back to Ferman. We live an hour away and I will still make the drive to get this level of service.

It was all purched by phone, flawlessly!!! Very efficient from the first call to the taking position of the vehicle. My sales associated did it all without complaint, even arranged a currier to come to my home, 2.5 hours away to sign paper . . . That is customer service. Very impressive!
