Oil Change Ferman had had great customer service. I was attended to immediately after I arrived. The service didn’t take long at all. The complementary drinks, tv and WiFi made the wait fly by. Great overall experience and would recommend to all my Dodge/Jeep friends.

In and out, very professional Fixed a couple of recalls on my Jeep as well as an oil change. Received text notifying me of name and contact information. Quoted estimated time frame and completed within said frame. Overall excellent experience with no hassles or issues. Will definitely return.

Got exactly what I wanted Went to this dealer twice, first visit I was trying to lease but hated the pricing. After shopping at other Jeep dealers I went back with intent to buy instead of lease as long as they honored internet pricing and offer same trade deal as another Jeep dealer. Doug worked with his team and got me a good deal and I was in and out within an hour. 1/2 hr to negotiate deal, left for lunch while they worked on finalizing everything then back for a 1/2 to sign papers to drive out same day.
