Best Price in Nearly entire state I had been searching for a little more than two weeks for a new or used 2019 Ram 1500 with a limited budget. I wrote many dealerships with the criteria hoping to get close to the $25000 I had available. Only 2 dealers came close one with a used one with 2700 miles and another brand new with 58 miles. Friendly, professional and efficient as always Bill was great! He followed up with me through the whole process. He clearly explained to me that the road to fixing all my issues may be a long way but so far I’m satisfied. He kindly advised me to bring the car back as soon as the other issues start to pop again. As a customer, what we look for is not an absolute service BUT, attention, expertise and kindness. Ferman and employees have never let me down on these three qualities. Bill didn’t.
