Great service, slow at points but great people. My salesman Chris was extremely helpful and answered all of my needed questions. I left with a great vehicle and an easy mind knowing I got a decent deal. My only complaint was the length of time it took to go through the paperwork and process everything, 2+ hours to see the financial director. However once we were in the room it was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Ferman, if you have the time (granted it was a busy weekend).
Honest car salesman!! I always dread the time where I or someone in my family needs to purchase a car. This last weekend was that time for my 21 year old daughter and I was prepared to put on the battle gear. We were looking for a good used vehicle and saw some online at Ferman so we were on our way. A good sale on a very busy day. Tarek is a very courteous sales person who had plenty of patience with my wife and I. We got a great deal on a 2017 Cherokee with a low intrest rate. I would recommend Tarek Kassem if you're looking for a car.

Great experience. Salesman Tarek Kassem did a very good job demoing the used car I bought. Word hard to get me a very good deal. Scott Poth also was willing to give as much as possible to get the deal done. Dealership called the next day to set up a recall on the car that had not been done.

Great service..very attentive..informative and thorough We were greeted warmly and offered cold water on this 90 degree day...the sales person was polite and accommodating immediately. The overall experience was excellent from the salesperson to the finance manager..quick efficient attentive and thorough. Truly enjoyed my buying experience.
Check engine light I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was told I have to come back and it will take about 4 to 5 hours to replace a oil sensor. The appointment was made while I was there.
Best deal! After trying to trade in on 4 other different mayor dealers in the area, I was able to get into the car I need and he also made sure to meet my budget needs.
