Speedy and professional I bought my Challenger from this dealership, I was actually browsing while on my lunch hour. I just fell in love with my car but didn't have time because had to go back to work. Jaime took all my info And started the process. When I came back after work my park (which was in the showroom) was already outside waiting for me.. all I had to do was sign. MR Poth in financing was delightful. I've been back for service twice since then and this dealership has done a good job each time. Definitely a keeper.
Best ecperience ever As a single mom I was terrified to walk into a dealership alone afraid of being taken advantage of however after meeting Ken Levicky and the staff at Ferman my fears subsided. I was not pushed or pressured into anything I didnt want. Ken took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy about what I wanted and chose. Great Salesperson Ken Levicky was one of the best car sales person we have ever dealt with, he didn't push for us to buy a car, he went out of his way to help us. Very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot. My New 2017 Ram Rebel I visited your show room on several occasions knowing ahead of time what vehicle I wanted, a (Ram Rebel), and the amount I wanted to pay monthly for that vehicle. Impressive Experience Tarek Kassem was a helpful salesperson whom I would highly recommend . He was informative, friendly and did not pressure me in any way.
