friendly, didn't pressure Ken Levicky was great to do business with. I wasn't really looking to buy brand new. Looking at used only. But he gave us a good deal on a brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and we are happy with our purchase. He did not pressure us like most car salesman. He was genuine and put us at ease, even with having 3 small children with us while we made our new car purchase.
