This was a very positive and pleasant car buying experience. There was no pressure at all and Roy was very informative and knowledgeable. The financial department was excellent as well. We discussed Chrysler loan options and they also researched other banks for me. When it was time to finish the deal, I choose Suncoast Federal Credit Union and Rafeal said that their rate was even better and made the changes needed to finish the deal. Want to Thank Roy Faulkner and the dealership at Ferman for a fairly good sales experience. Roy Faulkner was fair and never pressured me into buying something I did not want.I was able to buy the car I wanted. Signing the the paper work was also a good experience.Only disappointment was when car was delivered that it could have been cleaner on the inside, windshield and windows were hazy. I would recommend Ferman Chrysler,Dodge,and Jeep to anyone interested in buying their particular products Sincerely, Frederick King Jr.

I purchased two vehicles from Ferman NPR in the past week and a half. The quality and service was great but what really sealed the deal was Roy going above and beyond to get me in the cars that I wanted. George also made the paperwork end very painless :) I have dealt with a lot of salesman before and Roy is by far the best yet. Roy was a very calm no pressure salesman. We appreciated the way he gave us the figures we wanted and gave us time to talk and discuss whether the options would work for us. It was also nice that Roy handled most everything up to the point of doing the paperwork so that we did not have to be handed off from person to person. George also did a great job handling the paperwork and securing financing for us. Roy and the management team worked very hard to meet our needs, From the large selection of automobiles to the donuts and popcorn everything was much better than we expected. With all the hurdles and hoops we presented to Roy, he found time to work with us and the finance department to work out a deal inwhich we will allways be thankfull.

Roy Faulkner, asked the right guestions to find out what we were looking for and worked to give us what we wanted. Being older we are not interested in a lot of the newer inovations. They did not meet our needs. He went out of his way to find the color and extras we were looking for even though he had to go to another dealership to find it. I would recomend him to anyone who knows what they want and what they will never use no mater how good it is for someone else. Lorraine Wheelhouse

We went in to see a challenger that I found on the internet. Kathy called me and setup an appointment to see the car. When we arrived at 6:00 PM the car was waiting and so was Roy to meet us. It was what we were looking for and we were in and out in a short time with the new car. So far it has been a great experience.

I went into this dealer today, 01/19/2012 because I received a flyer in the mail stating that they were interested in my 2006 Charger. I was wanting to trade my charger in because of the offer that they said they would make me in this flyer.
