Oil change Don't know why it takes 1 1/2 hrs for oil change & tire rotation, but service was excellent, I will return to this dealer. Michael Hyde was great to work with.
Helpful and more helpful! We went to Ferman not too sure what we were seeking other than an affordable car payment. The individuals we worked with were extremely considerate about our budget and worked tirelessly to get us a good price and the opportunity to drive away with a car that day. Efficient We made a deal online with this dealership (over an hour drive from home) because they had the best price. Once we arrived to sign and pick up the Jeep, we were in and out in 15 minutes! No high pressure add ons, no changes to our deal. Very pleasant experience.
Good expierance I went to look at a vehicle I had seen online. When we arrived it was sold. Tarek Kassem met us and showed us all the vehicles in our price range. He was helpful and courteous. We bought a different vehicle and am very pleased with the overall experience.

Outstanding Customer Service I initially met with Pete Andrianopoulos on Sunday and came back today to a deal and Scott Gnong took over in Pete's absence.
