In general Sumple oil change and grease job and rotate tires. Worked out fine. No problem. I am a man of few words and prefer not to have this required limit. Give me a break.

It was Great! My fiancee and I drove 2 and a half hours and the vehicle we wanted to look at was right there waiting for us when we got there. Chris Muniz was our sales rep and he happily greeted us right away. The process of buying our Jeep was great and everything went smoothly! Chris is a great rep and I would recommend him to anyone! Overall it was a great experience!

Blue Dodge Charger Ferman Dodge, was the only Dodge dealership in a 2 hour drive radius from my home. They were the only dealer that had the inventory of Dodge Chargers in normal colors, and the only dealer who had Chargers in Blue. My sales person Roy did an excellent job and actually acted like he wanted to make a sale and sell me a car. He moved the process along and we left with the car I wanted.

"Up front pricing" With their up front pricing we had a no haggle experience. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and did not make us promises that he did not keep. Terek was not the typical used car salesman, he was better and made my wife very comfortable while helping her get the car that she had been wanting for a long time. Oil change, tire rotation Courteous, knowledgeable personnel. Comfortable waiting room. enjoyed my morning coffee and donut. Had a pleasant conversation with another satisfied customer who was having his ram pickup truck serviced.

Great experience Dennis and his manager have continuously addressed all issues to ensure my satisfaction. Vehicle purchased was at a very good price without haggling. My only down side to this point would be the detailing department. During both details I find numerous issues that were not taken care of, to include the exterior is sticky, probably needing wax, the door insulation was covered in a white residue, along with several smaller issues.

Quick and Easy I didn't come into the dealership looking to purchase a car but Chris made the whole experience quick and easy with an offer that I just couldn't refuse. I never felt pressured into the purchase and he did everything he could to help me along the way. He even filled the tank before I left the dealership!
