Excellent service, excellent employees Had a routine oil change, all went well, the staff addressed my issues, and I was on my way! My service advisor, Steve, was very professional and went as far as contacting Chrysler Corporate in order to address one of my concerns. He provided me with some advice on how to get answers to some of my questions which I am very grateful for. Thank you Steve!

ROY IS THE MAN!! Just purchased our dream car from Roy!! ( 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport) He made the whole buying process so easy!! Was very patient with us and was able to find the very best vehicle in our budget!!! Can't say enough great things about him!! The most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever come around!!! Such a nice, down to earth HONEST guy!!! Will continue to come to him for business and send all my friends and family his way!!!

Great Experience I had a set budget and a pre approval from my credit union - working with Roy made it easy and he worked with me until he got me into the vehicle!! Wonderful service We have a wonderful experience at Ferman in New Port Richey. Did not feel pressured by sales people. Tarek was a great person to work with. He made the process from start to finish a breeze. His customer service is top notch. Will recommend all people to see him.

Clean, friendly and knowledgable We have never bought a Chrysler before but we were interested in the Pacifica. This dealership was awesome as well as our salesman, Pete, who was amazing and made us feel very comfortable .

Check up for vacation trip The guys in the service department always take great care of us. We brought the truck in for an oil change and had them go over the truck for anything needed for our 2500 mile trip. Replaced wipers, and filled washer fluid, and went over all the levels to make sure we were set. A big thank you to Steve for all his help!

Best car buying experience ever! After charting my course of dealerships to walk through in order to find a safe vehicle to drive home to Maine in, I stopped into Ferman Chrysler. I had recently stopped into a Ferman branch ladt week and was pleasantly surprised at the, "no pressure" sales staff. I was hoping to have the same experience at the Ferman Chrysler location.
