Painless and helpful. Our experience in ferman, from the minute we parked our vehicle, was nothing short of exceptional. We were greeted by Ken, who quickly showed us some vehicles we may like and backed off enough for us to know there's no pressure while still being available when we needed. He worked hard to get us a great price on a great vehicle and did so in the quickest way possible. I appreciate all the help I got in this dealership.

Absolute pleasure Our dealer was fantastic about showing us some vehicles we would be interested in and not constantly hovering over us, pressuring us into a certain vehicle. Once we found one we liked, he was great with working with us on price, getting us a great deal. Though it was late, they had no problem staying past the closing time and getting us out as quick as they could for our convenience.

Always a pleasure! This is the 4th Jeep my family has purchased from Ferman in New Port Richey within 4 years and the team there always makes the process pleasurable. Tracy is our go to sales person and Robert makes the normally painful finance process as enjoyable as can be. Julio is a commendable manager and his team reflects that leadership perfectly! If you are in the market for a Jeep (if not you should be lol) or any Mopar vehicle, Ferman NPR set the bar high!

Fuel sensor on 2017 Pacifica Service was good from the dealer once they received the fuel sensor part! The issue was obtaining the part from Chrysler which took 3+ weeks not a timely manner! Chrysler's Customer Service Center was not any help called them 6 times in the 3 weeks "they escalated the request" which meant nothing. After about 2+ weeks someone from Chrysler finally called ....... I guess if one waits long enough the issue will resolve itself!

Transaction was fast very little down time. Bought a 2017 Dodge Charger 392 ( Awesome Car). No high pressure sales Both Eric Dugas and Chris listen to my requests and made it happen. Was only in the dealership a few hours. My fastest car purchase ever..

Great Service The sales representative, Tarek Kassem, was very informative, professional, and genuine. He made the car buying experience enjoyable. The process was expedited and not dragged out.
