Excellent! Today my wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Jeep Renegade from Brandon Hicks. He was very professional and informative. Excellent service I am from out of state and needed an oil change and service on my jeep. Employees were very attentive and professional with the servicing of my jeep. The waiting area was unbelievable offering drinks hot or cold,snacks, and even tv to watch. Service was not a long wait but was very comfortable while waiting. I highly recommend Ferman for all your vehicle needs. When i retire and move to Florida that is going to be the only place I go for either buying or servicing any of my vehicles.

Engine light was on. Faulty gasket in emission system Very efficient and quick, as usual. Service friendly. I left the car and picked it up when it was done after a call from the service department.
