Quick and Easy I needed a new key for my Jeep. So I went into parts got a new key. He sent me over to service to book a time to get it programmed. But instead they fit me in right then and there, In the middle of lunch time. I was there maybe 30 minutes and everything was done. Couldn’t have gone any better.
In and out on time. Came in for recall issue; air bag. Arrived prior to appointment time; car was taken in promptly. Service was completed well short of estimated time.
Peter = AWESOMENESS I spent a LOT of time online and in the local area searching for my jeep. After a lot of frustrating encounters (even w another ferman dealership), Peter and Eric on us19 made me feel like they cared about what I wanted
Oil change Becky was friendly and helpful Cody my mechanic was friendly and helpful the boys at check in where friendly as well was in and out in reasonable time
Mark Molenda & Roy Faulkner were the Best! I happened to be near the dealership last Thursday and figured I might as well take a look at a newer vehicle since my Charger was getting up there in mileage. Roy and Mark went above and beyond to show me a few different options based upon my budget. From start to finish, they made the process easy and comfortable. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I ended up driving away with the car I've wanted for so many years. Highly likely to recommend these professionals!
