Amazing experience Adam Rugg made this process SO simple... although you didn’t have the exact vehicle on the lot he made sure to show me the closest vehicle to it and located the one I bought immediately. It's how you handle problems, and they do it well! We went in for service on our 3500. Recall for the water pump. After the repair was done, while driving home our light came on for the water temp. My wife called the service center from the road and was told to bring it right back. She did and a leaky hose was found. They had the hose replaced and us back on the road in no time. Job done! I am happy! I had regular maintenance done and they fixed my steering wheel issue I was having. Jamie understood my issue and how the steering wheel was driving me nuts. He stuck with it and got it fixed. Thank you so much Jamie! I am very happy!
