Oil change I wanted an oil change on a low mileage vehicle so conventional oil is what I wanted. The dealership ONLY offers synthetic oil which is double the price. I did not like being forced to synthetic at only 23k miles. Other than that the staff was courteous and they have a nice customer lounge.
Superior dealership! After looking for a couple months for a 2015 Nissan Murano I finally found one at Ferman for an excellent price far below what anyone else in the Tampa Bay Area was asking. I would buy here again I was very happy with the communication from Ray. I will definitely look at the inventory here and reach out to Ray for my next vehicle. I would do 5 stars but the dealer fees were kinda high.
