First visit This was my first visit and I found the service center had courteous people, a nice waiting area in the sales areas and great service.
Not high pressure Easy people to deal with. Explained everything well and good personalities in each of the departments. A lot of Jeeps to choose from. A lot of colors and options
Detailing Jason the service advisors was great. The guys that done the job did a excellent job. The job was done before I could go and visit the salesman that sold us the jeep.
Satisfied Customer Was pleased with service, employees, work quality, and price. Would advise Chrysler owners to use the service at this location. The service employees are very helpful.
Ken was great!! Ken really explored all angles to get me a good deal. Worked hard to reach my numbers. The deal however was not quite what I had asked for in the end at no fault of Ken. I called for my concerns and Ken is working on it. I trust this dealership will do right by the deal was actually supposed to get.
Great service I think that Steve was very supportive when I brought my car in and walk me thru the process and kept me informed on the status of my car.
Excellence! Had a turn signal out, called for an appointment and was scheduled for the next day. Jason indicated that it was covered by the warranty and was taken care of right away
Speedy and Accomdating I was having a sporadic issue where putting the car in drive and it wouldn’t move. I took pictures and mentioned issue to Becky in service and she got me in right away. I left with a loaner and thought my car would be unavailable for a few days. Later the same day it was fixed! There was a Chrysler computer update needed and all is great again.
Always a nice experience Waited a little longer than usual but not disappointed, my car gets treated like their own. Thank you!! Jason is awesome, has answers to all my questions.
