Service on my Durango! I can’t say enough great things about Steve my service guy! He makes it sooo easy and pain free every time I bring in my vehicle! He ALWAYS takes the time to explain everything to me and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied and always has a backup plan. Worked hard and listened I went here to look at a 2018 ecodiesel leftover. Sadly the financing wasnt there on these but Ken my salesman scoured the inventory to find me a 2019 w the hemi that was nearly identical. He took all kinds of time to show me the whole truck and even stayed over 2 hours late to see the deal thru. I have wanted a full size truck for many years and I finally got 1

New in town I'm new in town and have always taken my car to the Chrysler dealership for service. I didn't think that another dealership could be as good as my dealership in TN. But I was wrong, this dealership is every bit as good if not better. So glad I chose Ferman.
