Dreams do come true. My wife and I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler. Didn’t think we would be able to get one. Roy helped us with getting one. We bugged him a month before we were ready. He helped me surprise my with with a lift and tires on a hand shake so she wouldn’t know it was happening.
Great customer service Everyone is always friendly. The lounge is very clean with fresh danish and donuts, soda, tea and bottled water. Great customer service. Conveniently located on US 19
Oil change, tire rotation and A/C repair Service was excellent as always. Regularly scheduled tire rotation and oil change. Also needed air conditioning service. The service tech provided a loaner car and was able to replace defective parts in a few days.
Efficient We find this service center to be efficient and courteous....all you can ask for. We dropped our vehicle off and picked it up a few hours later.
Oil change Always prompt. Steve is an awesome service guy. I’m and out. Wait time is minimum. Would recommend to all . Always good Experience always always .

Another Quickly Resolved Issue -New Vehicle Driving home in 95 degree weather 2 weeks ago and no a/c. My car was 2 months old. After driving another 10 miles and feeling faint my speedometer was registering crazy speeds in excess of 70 mph, when I was going approximately 35. I called the service dept, and was scheduled immediately the next morning. Within a few hours and involving Chrysler it was found that there was a defective part in the a/c fan.
