Extraordinary Experience. First, they have a woman who schedules appointments, not just for Ferman Dodge But for all the Freman dealerships. when you have a recall, its a safety issue so you don't want to wait. Steve is great Steve is a huge asset to the Ferman NPR dealership. He always makes sure the customer service is 100% and the customer is leaving happy.
Grate service Jose, Scott and Robert were very helpful, they had all the answers and gave us good advice. We will definitely come back next time we need a new car.
Oil change and flat tire As always, Steve took care of my vehicle’s problems quickly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the work was completed in about 1.5 hours.

Flat tire with huge hole At 4pm last Friday I got a flat tire from something large in my tire and was unable to pump it up so had to have it towed to Ferman Dodge in NPR. Since it was so late the car was just dropped off at the dealer. Jason Longue called me first thing Saturday morning to tell me that he had the car and would look into the repair and get back to me. Vehicle recall Service department was very informative and timely in their recall. Service suggested my vehicle may take up to 4 hrs for repairs to be completed but was done in 2 hrs.
Definitely recommend Peter was our sales representative. He was not pushy or trying to up sell anything. He helped us with exactly what we asked for. They also gave a good amount on our trade.
In and out Even with the computers downs they got me in and out of there for a oil change and tire rotation. Great dealership would recommend for anyone in the area
