Fantastic Service Team at Ferman You never know what will happen in the course of a busy week, so when you need an oil change on Friday and then find a screw in your jeep tire on Monday only to be topped off by a very dead, permanently dead, battery the next day..you need people that can assist you and get you back up and running quickly. Steve is awesome! Steve did a great job of getting me in and out so I could spend more time with my family and organizing things so I could pick my car up the next day. He also communicated via text that everything was fixed and when service was all done.

Extremely satisfied If your going for a used car or truck ask for Dave Sumner. He made the process so easy. He only showed me what I wanted and even though I didn't buy my truck on my first visit they found me what I wanted within my budget and I couldn't be happier with it thanks to Dave Sumner and Mark Molenda. Ive bought 2 cars there now and will definitely go back when it's time for a 3rd.
