Courteous fast and responsive The work that I had done was a recall item. The service department was able to get the truck in and out in a very timely fashion which is greatly appreciated.
Becky was very helpful and was able to resolve the issues. Our issues were inspected and I was provided an action plan to have them taken care of in a timely manner. Becky was friendly and a pleasure to work with!
On Friday night about 10pm my dodge truck went south The water pump on the 2015 3500 went out south of Ocala Fl the tow truck driver was kind enough to tow us to Tarpon Springs about 100 miles. He gave me little hope of getting it fixed before Monday. I was put in touch with the dealership there and my experience was the best I ever had. Another tow truck dropped the truck to the dealership. Good Customer Service Satisfied with the level of customer service here. Got updated on the progress and price of the service. There’s coffee and donuts in the waiting room and the facility and restrooms are clean.
