Oil change We have always used Ferman for service on our Chrysler van. We use Steve Brawer and he has always been kind, honest, and dependable. Our van has always been ready when promised.

Great customer service I brought my dodge in for an oil change, I was told it would be about an hour to you and a half. After 1.5 hours I saw my car was still not being serviced so I asked how much longer it would be. Jason said it would be about another 20-30 min. After another hour I was starting to get very upset. Then I saw that someone that came in an hour after me was already done and had left. Now I was very upset. I walked the lot for a bit and waited for my car to be done. Great service in a routine maintenance I have taken my challenger in for routine maintenance sense December. I had a few issues that didn’t get taken care of right away. This changed when Jamie took over the maintenance on my car. Every time sense my car has been taken care of perfectly. He was even whipping my car down this last time. Thanks so much Roger
