Excellent as usual I have been a long-term customer of Ferman Dodge. They have been servicing my Dodge and my jeep for years. Jamie is my service advisor throughout the years and he has been Awesome. Jamie always explains what is going on with my vehicle what it’ll cost and the timeframe to get it done. Everyone I’ve dealt with at this dealership has always been professional courteous and honest. Jamie is the BEST! Took car in for oil change and my water pump broke as I pulled into the dealership. Jamie set clear expectations as to turn around time, and made sure I was aware of what needs immediately attention. I was very pleased with the service he provided.
