Excellent Service Had usual periodic service (oil change, filters, etc) and decided to get new brakes. All work done in time and cost estimates provided. Usual excellent service.
Blue tooth install Although the BlueTooth they installed is not compatible with my phone (iPhone ) and therefore I still have to use my phone in a handsfree state, that is not the Service Centers fault. The Sales Center chose to put this very inexpensive unit in. The Service Center was very helpful while we were there.
Outstanding service I had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Jason took great care of me and kept me informed of what was being done.
Gas Saver needed service The problem was resolved and was done with courtesy. After the service was completed Steve explained what had been done. I had to be shuttled to my house and back since it took a while to complete.

Awesome team! Ferman was my third stop on the tour of dealerships. So by time we negotiated I was already on edge and frustrated. And despite the fact i was trading in a vehicle that was a lemon and in the red on LTV... i was treated with respect. Service/Repair Multiple Issues Everytime I visit the service department for service or repair, Becky, my service advisor, takes excellent care of me. She is truly amazing! She gives me a detailed printout of what's wrong with my vehicle, explains what needs to be done and tells me how much it will be. She understands that I am very busy and have to have a vehicle to get to work and provides me with a loner car every time!
