Everybody was extremely helpful with the purchase from beginning to end. Normally I don’t like purchasing cars because I have to deal with pushy dealers. This was not the case at Ferman! Tina and Pete answered all my questions and when told him that I needed to think about it overnight they didn’t come back with a gimmicky close line. I asked Steve to check out a problem with the lights between the sun visors that would come on and then turn off. They were not able to find the problem. They did find that the car battery was about to die. They replaced it.

They provided me a curtesy ride when I needed it. There is no other Dealership I would go to for service!

I bought a brand new 2020 Ram 1500 at Ferman CJDR. IT was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I’ve bought enough plenty in my life and I’ve never been more impressed. Great service and expertise. My jeep had an issue that was difficult to determine the cause. Took some time but the issue was resolved. Friendly and professional.
