I had a great experience at Ferman. Everyone was professional and courteous. My son has autism and you made him feel both safe and comfortable especially Sandy. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a deal done and you got it done for me. You worked all day with me and stayed late to finish the sale. That is how business is done. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Tina was the salesperson that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was even training Elizabeth. They listened to what I was looking for. She showed me exactly what I was asking for. Scott in finance was awesome. He was able to get me a great price and an excellent rate.
