Everything was great!! Everyone was super nice. We knew what we wanted & we got it. There were some complications when it came to the bank & the paperwork they needed due to us buying two cars at once. It was time consuming & we had to wait for a long time because of it but everyone was extremely patient & helpful with us. We love our new cars. Thank you!!

I have purchased several vehicles from Ferman. This experience was the best. Joseph Vega, our salesman, was outstanding. Everything was accomplished without any complications. Love love love Pete was wonderful he explained all the features of the Ram 1500Classic helped us to hook our phone and explained other features of our new car... he Said if we have any issues or problems to call him right away and he will help us and direct us I was so happy to have them

This was a recall for my 2014 JKU, I called the service department and to my surprise they scheduled my vehicle the same afternoon. They had the part, replaced it, recommended a couple other items to think about, no pressure, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the job was finished. Very professional and greatly appreciated.
