Great buying experience. Ken with very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. He Took time to explain all the features the car had to offer. Highly recommended him and Ferman Jeep. Scott in finance was great.

Let me be clear the service, interaction with service Let me be clear the service, interaction with service personnel was good,however, The wait was unacceptable I dropped my vehicle off at 8:10 shuttled home and returned on my own at 3:30. My vehicle was not ready until 4:45 I was dissapointed in the long wait.

Jason was awesome. This was my second time at the dealership and Jason took great care both times. First time was general oil change second was a check engine light, both times I was out of there in an hour

Overall the experience was good, meaning I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted, but dealing with the sales people were frustrating, lots of attitude, lack of helpfulness, it was almost like pulling teeth, they did everything I ask although very begrudgingly I felt. Happy with the vehicle and in the end that was the most important.

Traded in our Ford sedan and bought our second Dodge SUV here after taking the first one in for service. I take comfort in knowing both vehicles will be serviced here, but it was the great service that made me start looking around the lot. I found a great deal, listed at a fair price. Closed the deal in a couple hours with Tina. She has continued to follow up on my questions and needs. I can't say enough about this dealership. We are very pleased with every interaction we have had there!
