Steve Brawer was a true service professional. Had to sget a windshield replaced for our car we bought the past weekend and he had an amazing car waiting so I could have a loaner (I live over an hour from the dealership) so I didn’t have to waste my day. Absolutely awesome experience at Ferman in Port Richey. We weren’t 100% in the market for a new truck, we went to browse and get pricing. Ken was very knowledgeable and found us a truck we fell in love with. The payments were a bit too high and they really worked hard to get them where we needed them to be. Another plus, it didn’t take us all night in financing either! Eric worked quickly to get us in and out! I’ve bought many vehicles and spent far too many hours in the car buying process.
