Recall The service there is excellent! Upon arrival I received prompt, professional attention and the courtesy driver was available to take me home in a timely manner. My repair was completed within the time frame expected and the driver came immediately to return me to my car. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Thank you for excellent customer/vehicle service! I had scheduled my vehicle appointment on line. Upon arrival I was greeted in a timely manner. Brandon explained everything and answered all questions that I had. I am extremely grateful that Brandon asked me the “right” questions to ensure all vehicle components were thoroughly inspected following the vehicle being in storage for a few years prior. I will definitely return to Ferman Service Department in the future!

Brought my 2018 Ram to service on last minute notice for bad battery. No appointment and Jason took care of me. Checked my truck out for engine electronic components and found it was just the battery. Was covered under warranty. I did not purchase my truck here but they have me as a new customer. Very pleased with service experience.
