Usual excellent service I have been a Chevy customer for over 13 years. I have purchased and serviced my cars at Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs. For the last few years my Service Advisor is Rob .He knows me by name and ALWAYS is pleasant and accommodating even when I don't have an appointment. When waiting on vehicle he provides updates as to arrival of parts, how long it will take, etc.

New car Norman was a great rep and made sure I knew everything and worked to make sure I got what was best for me. His work ethic was outstanding going back and forth to make sure I was getting the best deal for me. We looked at multiple cars and he was very patient. Had a great experience at this dealership

Excellent Customer Service and Fast I brought my car in to get the oil changed and tires rotated. After an hour it was done. Tom and the rest of the service department are always friendly.

Bought new truck Dealership was very modern, clean, with great selection of vehicles. My sales rep was Bernie. He was outstanding. He was very friendly, Very professional, and easy to work with. Very customer focused. He made the transaction go smoothly. I will ask to work with him when I come back to buy next vehicle!

All round excellent experience! Salesman was very easy to talk to. Calm attitude, very knowledgeable and polite. I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Beautiful dealership.

Routine Service Your people are very courteous and professional; however, I had scheduled my Colorado for a 15000 and was told it would be an hour. Two and a half hours later the truck was ready. Apparently because of a lack of oil for a diesel they had to reach out to another affiliated department to obtain the oil. The problem I have is Ferman knew I was coming in so the oil should have been available. Rob did keep me informed but an hour turned into a longer wait. Amazing in every area ! I was nervous to even be in a car dealership ,due to it being my first experience buying a car on my own. Everyone from my sales guy Mike Kashtan to Steve (who wrote my loanand several other in the background I didn't meet) and Ed P. Dealer sales manager (who treated me like his own child.) All the way to the Service Dept Tom who made sure all and anything I was concerned with was taken care of. Thank you everyone who played a part in making my first experience a great one!
