My Silverado purchase I worked with Mark through email correspondence because I was busy at work and didn't have time to be on the phone. Purchasing our Equinox My husband, Richard John and I wanted to trade our Impala for an Equinox. Nothing wrong with the Impala, just wanted an Equinox. Prefer them over passenger cars. Rear bumper repaired perfectly. Had to have rear bumper repaired after someone bumped me. The body shop did an outstanding job. The car was spotless when we picked it up. They also helped us with a rental car for a few days.

Great flexibility on trade. Great sales representative. Made extra effort to work out a fair trade . Sale process was smooth and without pressure. Outstanding flexibility start to finish. Sales representative was there to help . No BS . Just tell me what you want an we will try to make it so. Ask for Gus. The place is clean well run and has a great selection.

Great service center Friendly service advisors. Always fast service visits. They always keep you up to date with what's going on. Clean waiting area with drinks and snacks.

Great I keep coming back to ferman because I know that my car is going to get the best service there and it will be performed correctly. All the service staff there are always courteous and friendly And I believe that I am getting a good value by going to the dealer. I also like that you format for the service that was performed that lists every component that was checked and the work that was done in detail.
