My time at Ferman Chevrolet was excellent. The salesman was very nice. He wasn't pushy at all. The finance was very pleasant also. I was treated very well. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs has the best service department I’ve ever dealt with! They even go above and beyond to have someone come pick up and drop off my car for me whenever I’m short on time. My house was being painted recently and the painters got overspray all over my brand new car. Ferman Chevy spent a full day cleaning the paint and making my car look brand new! I can’t thank you guys enough!

Everyone at the Dealership was very helpful. Craig, Sarah and Jay were very helpful, kind and professional. The car buying experience was very enjoyable and the process was also very streamlined and seamless.

Great Experience From Start to Finish Mark Laird did a fantastic job. Flexible to meet my needs. Best experience I've had buying a car from a dealer. Joe Lord did a great job meeting me on arrival as well.

It was good but could've been awesome! Salesman was very good, but he was given wrong information to give to me multiple times. There was 4 price increases total when I was trying to buy the truck. I called and a lady gave me one price, then I was emailed another price, then the salesman gave me extended warranty price, which was raised when I signed papers, and then they added lift step bars price because he was told it wasn't included in the original price. Buying the car was actually fun Having purchased many cars in the past, I was expecting the usual misery, hours of back and forth between the salesperson and sales manager, then the pushy finance manager adding more dollars to the payment with extended warranties you don't need. Electrical system repair Diagnosis of charging system issue. Turned out to be the alternator. Vehicle is not a GM automobile, but past repairs and great service prompted me to bring to Tony Lang at Ferman Chevrolet. I can always trust Tony Lang, he has proven to be honest and professional time and time again. I would not even consider going elsewhere. Tony is the reason I return for all repairs on this automobile as well as our Chevrolet Captiva.

Colorado Todd, Aaron , and my sales person Joe Lord were really good to work with , I was looking at another mid size truck at Toyota and the experience was nothing like the one I received at Ferman Tarpon .I have not had a truck in 12 years and Joe spent a lot of time explaining the features with me, and also highlighted the differences between the 2 trucks in a way that even a non truck guy like myself could understand, from the friendly reception to the paperwork I had a good experience all round - thanks to Todd and Aaro... read more

Always great service I come to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs because I always have a wonderful experience. All of the people that I have met have been very helpful and nice. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership.
