Actually cared My SUV was purchased at another dealership, because Ferman didn’t have it. Went there for service and for the second time gave me the run around, blew off my issues and after requesting a loaner by setting my appointment a month earlier they waited until after telling me they would check and went to take my truck back said nope we don’t have one. I called Ferman which is 15 minutes from my house vs over 30 like the other. They got me in the next day, cared and corrrected my issues! They actually listened and s... read more

Incredible Service My Chevy Camero had a warranty issue. The team at Ferman went above and beyond to get my vehicle into service and assured that I had a car to drive while waiting. It has been two years since my purchase and I still receive the same excellent customer service as the day I walked in.

Very Pleasant Experience We shopped online for several weeks before heading out to actually see the cars. We visited a dealership much closer to our home in St. Petersburg, but the sales people didn't listen to us in that we were looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and they started to show us left-over new vehicles.
