Drove 3 hours there and back to purchase a car I have been shopping around for a car for quite some time. I looked at several dealerships close to me and didn't like the way I was treated. Ferman happened to have a car I was interested in so I reached out. Amanda promptly began answering all of my questions and then had Bogi reach out to me. 24 tire pressure Went there on a Saturday afternoon. Has low tire pressure in left front tire. Had to wait for the appointments and then they would work me in. 2-3 hiurs later I was informed that tire was just low. Best to be safe as we were traveling to Frankfort,Kentucky some 900 miles away!

Collision repairs We had an usual experience. Fortunately, Ferman worked with us did a very good job of taking care of our situation. We were involved in an accident involving 5 automobiles and several insurance companies.

The sales experience that stands out. We have purchased many new cares in our lifetime. Joe Lords people skills, product knowledge and patients made this buying experance most memorable. We first meet Joe approximately 6 months ago. We visited the dealership many times trying to find the color and trim package we wanted. Joe always remembered us and always made time for us. Excellent treatment I brought my car in for it's 15000 mile check-up, oil change and tire rotation. I was waited on immediately and Robert handled my car. He had the car completed and ready in very little time. Very courteous and friendly. Great job.

saying you have Internet then you should specify not always The service was fine However I discovered too late that some business computers can not get through the wi fi - I only work part time currently - so am paid by the hour I scheduled my service around time of a 2pm conference call - I could listen in and take notes and get paid - that's what I thought !! - I could have got a lift back home or used a curtesy car when I dropped it off if I had known --- but upon being told the internet was fine - I spent 20 minutes rebo... read more
