Excellent experience Bogi, your sales representative, was like talking to one of you family members. He was very informative, willing to take several extra steps to assist you any way. Bought a used Prius. Got the car I wanted at a fair price. Joe was very helpful and worked with us to get the price we could afford. Having to replace my old car at an unexpected time was incredibly stressful. Joe was a lifesaver.

Exceptional What can I say about Joe and team at Ferman Chevy, except excellent service, stress free and no pressure. This was the best experience I had buying a new suv. They look out for you and what you want. They dont push you into anything. That is what sets them aside from every other dealership out there. Go to Ferman and see Joe, he wont steer you wrong.

Great, unintimidating experience. This dealership, once again proved to be a great experience.- My husband and I purchased a use auto and Bernie was our sales person. He was extremely professional and answered all our concerns honestly--no pressure. I wish I could say I've had the same experience at other dealerships but not so. Jay in the finance was very informative and helpful, too. Thanks so much to all the people who helped us at Ferman Chevrolet. I will definitely recommend you to other prospect buyers!

Minor Collision Repair 4 stars because they were not done when promised, but one could argue they wanted to make sure everything was top notch. The paint did not look right so they had to do it over causing one extra day without a car. Overall great job and courteous service.

Great experience Perfect purchase experience. The sales person was knowledgeable, curteous and worked hard for pur business. Everything was explained on detail and the financing guy led us through everything.
