"No stress, honest and fair." We purchased a new XC90 and having purchased many vehicles in the past, this was by far one of the better overall experiences. We never felt like we were being lead astray or playing a numbers game. "Difficulty diagnosing the problem" The car was randomly hesitating when accelerating from a stop. Apparently, it was difficult to diagnose and repair since they had the car for 9 days.
