"Excellent service worth the drive from Tampa " Allan was very patient in explaining the different options of colors and add on packages we were asking about on the phone and online. It was one of the reasons we decided to make the drive. Steve clearly explained all details and listened to what we wanted about the vehicle, took the time to get the car from the parking lot. "Excellent car buying experience...." Steve Hanson worked tirelessly to get us the price that would work with our budget. He reworked the numbers with the sales manager to get us to a price that worked. I visited 2 other Volvo dealers and neither of them worked as hard to earn my business as Steve and Ferman Volvo did..
