"Took care of my issues rather quickly and I was a walk in." I had a flat tire that happened several time with the car sitting in my garage. I brought the car in because I never got a warning that the tire was flat or that it was low on air. They ended up replacing the tire and the sensor in the tire that reports the air pressure. "Great place to buy a car" This is our 3rd Volvo purchased from this dealership. Alan took a lot of time going thru all of the features and after the test drive answered all of our questions. Chris did a great job getting all of our paperwork in order to eliminate any unnecessary delays in getting out of the showroom and onto the road, with our new XC40.

"Oil change/service/new tires/wash and vacuum" The service center was excellent as always, attending to all service and issues as requested. The only disappointment was I waited and extra 30 minutes for the car to be washed and vacuumed and it was not vacuumed. Everything else was great.

"Seamless Service " Matt at Ferman Volvo was very thorough and helpful. I had a beautiful loaner car for several days and had repeat followup phone calls letting me know where we were in the service que once the parts came in. I had family visiting and adding this service event to the mix was stressful for me... but they told me to relax, enjoy my loaner car, and they even delivered my car all the way to my home in Spring Hill so I didn't have to drive back to Tarpon Springs. Thank you!
