"Honest salesperson." Honest, no nonsense, professional, expeditive service. Answered all my questions and concerns timely and clearly. Were ready and willing to work with me trough calls and emails (and did that patiently). Would recommend to everyone. If I buy another Volvo it will from them although I live 300 miles away (Miami Beach). "I drive out of my way for great service at Ferman Volvo" Received great service from Sharon and the staff. Scheduled an appointment and there was minimal wait time. Received an estimate prior to authorizing the repairs, and the work was done quickly and within the estimate. Friendly staff, nice facility and complimentary beverages and snack. A top notch service experience, including a complimentary car wash.
