"Momma gets an XC90" Wonderful service at Ferman Volvo! We had very limited time to buy and Chris Roy and Alan Klingaman were fantastic. "Excellent experience with buying our Volvo!!" Our family was just going to take a peek at the Volvo’s on Saturday and were greeted by Chris’s big smile & friendliness! We then saw that they had beautiful demo SUV’s at a great price:) We took one for a test drive with Alan who was super enthusiastic about the vehicle and very knowledgeable- and were sold!! "Super Customer Service" I bought my current S-60 from Steve my and will purchase from him again. Very honest, sincere in trying to meet the customer's needs. Was at the dealership just today, as I am considering a car for a family member. I purchased from Ferman Volvo in 2003, and again 2013. Both times, I had a great experience, and follow-up from the sales team to make sure I was happy. I comparison shopped for both cars, and their prices could not be beaten.

"Excellent Experience" I went to Ferman Volvo to have the windshield replaced on my 2011 Volvo. I had seen the commercials for the New XC40 on TV and liked it. I had stopped by a couple of times to take a closer look at it. I was offered a test drive, but at the time I wasn't really looking to purchase a new one. "Worth the Drive! " I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months. I spent many painstaking days at dealerships test driving vehicles leaving frustrated and physically drained. "A great new XC90! With a booster seat! :-)" Imagine purchasing a new family SUV in 100 degrees with a one-year-old! We were also undecided on a color and a trim level. Jim and Chris did a great job of showing us all the options in the various XC90s and taking my husband for like 3 or 4 test drives. Christ explained to us all the numbers and Jim did a great job explaining to us all the cool features of the vehicle. We are quite happy!
